It is all tradeoffs and I did not pick up on the potential clearance issue at the 12:00. No photos but had single pucks rotated upwards toward the very front of the gear leg put it at about 12:00 with respect to the ground. Just keep moving on the project and assess during operation.

100% right, after reading this blog I am ordering wheels & brakes before I fab up the landing gear struts & axles. To avoid the inevitable conflicts.
