  • Rivet Sets

After years of abuse, neglect, lending without returning, my rivet set inventory is sorely lacking. Now that it's time for some final assembly I find it also a good time to blow some money on tools. I plan on a new set of standard straight and offset rivet sets. My question is set length. In the past I've gotten by with 5 1/2" long sets. Would shorter sets (3 1/2") be better for the confined space of the Patrol wing?
    Thanks

Are there any particular situations where the longer bit is necessary...? I can't recall wishing the gun-head were longer.
