LSA Wing Strut Bolt Size

I feel like I’m missing something obvious here. My LSA plans show a 5/16” hole on the fuselage attach drawing and 3/8” on the wing strut detail?

Doesn't that 5/16" fuselage fitting pin to the 3/8" strut end?

IIRC, I made the steel fittings 5/16, bolted them together while welding them and the associated landing gear fittings onto the fuselage, then once finished welding reamed to 3/8

Thanks BTAZ, generally the plans call out final hole size and that had me puzzled. The Patrol plans show matching diameters at those two locations.
