I looked at a lot of options and companies and I settled on the below. Just posting in case I can save others the searching time.
I just ordered this belt system but in a 5 point configuration. If you call just ask for Steve as he is their aircraft guy. We did measurements for reaching down to grab the flap handle and the bar to lap for the crotch strap. I felt that an inertial reel was a necessity as I did not want to be messing with shoulder straps when near the ground reaching for the flap handle. There are a lot of colors to pick from, most are not upcharged.
I picked black so no up charge and it was $449.0 for two.
