I haven't been able to find wing strut material. The plans call out a part number from rb aircraft but it doesn't seem to be offered on their website. Does anyone have a source for large 6061 streamline tubing like this.

Call and talk to them. Three people may answer the phone, Mike Meador, Maria (Bob's daughter) or Bob. They should be able to help you out. DON'T go to their website listed on their FB page: randbaircraft dot com for info. The URL has been hijacked by a porn site.
Just an FYI, in the questions section of the Fall 1995 BearTracks Bob says you can use a set from a C180 if you want to go that route:
Q: Can I use used 180 struts or should I buy new ones?
A: You may use used 180 struts with broken ends as you will be installing your own end fittings anyway.

The Bearhawk wing struts are custom extruded for bearhawk, not an off the shelf part. Call Bob he should have some.Comment
