Statistically most accidents are caused by pilot error, lack of currency, poor technique or poor judgement, or us forgetting to do our checks. Often accidents are caused by a combination of all of those things.
While we aren’t in a position to know the detail of the cause of this particular accident we can work on the above things to help ourselves stay safe.
As we have discussed before, Bearhawks are great aircraft but will still bite if abused.Comment
