Which material should be used on on the spar cap strips? T3 or T4?

Referring to LSA plans page 5, "all cap strips 2024 T3/T4". Does this mean the builder has the option of T3 or T4? If so, is one material preferred? I noticed that Aircraft Spruce doesn't sell 2024/T4 (that I could see). Thanks, Joe O'Keefe LSA083
