  • Decided on Going Kit Build instead of Plans

Well, I've been wanting to build this LSA for a while. Thought a plans built would work, but life happens and work on the LSA hasn't. My Legal Eagle is near complete and RV6 is recently sold. It's time , so i purchased the wings last week (-:

For you LSA builders out there - Frank, who posted these pics of his QB wings, is a prop manufacturer who is working on fine tuning a good performing wood prop for the LSA. Initial tests were positive, and Frank is tweeking the design a little. Should be a good, reasonable cost option for LSA builders. Mark

Your wing in a crate photo brings back memories--long ago memories. Those crates make a great work table. We kept them stacked, put 4 x 8 sheets of plywood on top and put some Harbour freight wood dollies under each corner. That brought it up to a nice height and it was movable!! Also all the foam is now hanging on our hanger doors. Sounds like a lot of experience in your corner. Should be a fun build. D.
