Sorry something there didn’t go right. Tried to post a picture of a torch kit. Miller / Smith MB55A-510 set. Is this acceptable for welding a fuselage ? Would have to get some different tips for different materials.

While it could be done with that set, it could be done much easier and more comfortably with a smaller and more nimble torch and flexible line set. I have had the Meco and the smaller Smith and both are nice when paired with Tinman's slexible hoses.

I don't like the Meco, I LOVE it. If you're building a Bearhawk from scratch you will be on the torch a long time. The Meco with the aforementioned light weight hoses is a delight to work with.

I had a Meco, and found it to be noisy. I know have a Smith A1A. Its nice and quiet. Smith also sells the light small diameter Kevlar hoses.

AW2000 thru 205, but the 201 gets used 90% of the time.

Smith Airline with lightweight hoses. But I'm old school.
Just. my .02. If you can, try out some torches. You will find one that just feels right. Maybe an EAA chapter could help. Seems like EAA is composed of old farts these days. Those old dudes are generous with their time and expertise. Use them.
