My flap quadrant was supplied with the slots
not machined wide enough to accept the 1/4†pin of the flap
handle mechanism. It gives the perception of engagement but a tap of the handle has it pop out of position. This could be a safety issue in flight if not detected. Also I found the slot in the flap handle interfered with the aluminum quadrant and I had to extend it back about 1/4†in the milling machine to provide adequate clearance. Anyone else notice
this?
