Flap Pulley Guard

I built my full quadrant pulley guards out of 22 GA steel and they worked out well. If anyone wants the design PM me for a print of the part.

How have you prevented them from rotating and binding up the cable?

Talked to my IA about it and he said many certified airplanes don’t use anti-rotation tabs on flaps, ailerons are a different matter. That said I made the included angle 70 degrees rather than 90 so there is a fair amount of latitude before binding would occur.
