Left Side One Piece Window and Flush D Window Install

I decided to make the front of the D window so it would be flush with the pilot window installation. The plexiglass can still be inserted because the front of the window can be bent out and then secured with pop rivets from the inside at final install. Here are some shots before final riveting.

I also made my window frames out of one piece of aluminum sheet. I turned the LH into a slider and made the RH fixed per the plans.
