Elevator bellcrank push pull rod

Is the elevator bellcrank push pull rod supposed to be threaded the same way so you have to unbolt it to adjust it? Seems like you want to be able to adjust it like a turn buckle..

Both ends are threaded right hand. You’ll have to disconnect and adjust one end, something you will have to do once at initial setup.
