Future builder in VA

Name is Joel Wilkins. I've been a Bearhawk lurker for years...have the plans and manuals and such but had other priorities to deal with (kid's college, older parents, you know the drill)...now I'm approaching the end of my FAA air traffic career and can finally envision having nothing else to do but have fun building this terrific airplane. I'm in northern VA and would love to see a project and talk to any builders in the area. Hit me up with a message.
