    Very excited to join the forum! I plan on building (QB) a Patrol, but have a lot of time to get oriented and set up given the long lead times. I have built a Vans RV10 and -8A and understand the Bearhawk build will be a very different experience. I'm trying to assemble details to develop a plan of attack and to include order of steps and possible modifications. I see the bhtailwheels is closed. Is there another source for the manual and CD mentioned in the "New to Bearhawk?) sticky? If I'm understanding correctly a basic manual and BearTracks.tips is included with the kit purchase. I really appreciate the effort from everyone that has posted information and ideas as well as You Tube videos.

    Hi Warner,

    As an FYI - bhtailwheels is open and the website is working. However, the manuals sold there are more tailored to the plans builders. That said, the Finish manual may be helpful to kit builders.

      Thank you, Eric. I certainly do not want to mislead anyone. Not sure what is wrong as I cannot get to the website to load. It must be some security settings on my system. Also, when I Google bhtailwheels it says in a red banner "permanently closed". Maybe I have the wrong business. I would definitely be interested in the finish manual. I appreciate your reply.

        Thanks for letting me know about Google, I never have anything to do with them so was unaware they even knew my business existed or it’s status —- LOL

        I went in to Google and tried to change it - hope it worked.

        Hey Wayne, I’m not too far from you in Senoia, GA. I just ordered my qb patrol fuselage, and am glad to know there’s going to be at least one other patrol not too far from me. Keep me informed about your progress, we will have to get together some time!
