Hello all! I'm Jon and trying to PM a member, but can't till I get a few posts under my belt, so here I am. I put a down when Mark was the owner and I recently filled out the options sheet for Virgil. My invoice is in the mail on it's way to my hot sweaty hands. Wish me luck please.

Ha Ha. Not many! I chose the grey tint UV protected windshield and the Curtis drain valves. That's it, kinda boring yeah? The kit is about four months early than what I have been planning. No big deal, that's a good thing! I won't be able to start the build till around February 2025. I want to wait till then to purchase 6 inch wheel and brake kits, fuel selector valve and hardware. I'll wait till I get fuselage and wings closer to finish to order prop, engine and avionics. I'm leaning to Oratex for covering. I've been lurking here for a year now. While I have your attention Mr. Cone, Thank you for your hardware list.

My Pleasure! The list is starting point. I keep most of the hardware items organized in Plano Stowaway plastic boxes. I've ended up keeping an inventory of all the bolt sizes on hand now, plenty of washers, nuts, and what not. Plenty of the shortest AN3 bolts, and a few of the longer ones. When its time to put an order into Spruce I commonly look over my stock and keep it up. Its not worth interrupting work flow anymore due to a bolt not in stock.

To be clear with my last post thanking Mr. Cone for his HW list, he didn't really give it to me, I found his post back in 2018 when he posted it. Like I was saying, I've been lurking on the forum for way too many hours. I've accumulated a bunch of info from hours of reading posts and have filed them away for future reference. Thanks to many of you Bearhawk owners for taking the time posting over the years. There is a lot of valuable information in this forum.
