Aileron cable pulley bracket

Could someone please clarify a technical aspect on plan #14 for the 4 place.

On the drawing for the pulley bracket, a 1/4" hole is specified for the pulley mount. Yet the MS20220-2 pulley has a 5/16" bore through it. Am I missing something?
