Thinking outside the proverbial box . I could not see myself installing fabric and stuffing it in a window channel along with glue and window glass, just does not work for me, I am happy with this procedure . Stinger

      Stinger,

Great idea, spent alot of time cussing a Super cub back seat window fabric and this solves that perfectly!

Couple questions, I'm assuming you made a pattern and formed the inner and outer aluminum...did you use a felt or tape/caulk to help capture the window in the frame? Did you use taper head screws and dimple the frame?

Andy, I have not yet installed the windows, however, the window will only be captured by frame and forward alum. fixture .I will probably caulk it. I did dimple the frames and rivet the two together, then installed tapes. Stinger
