I rubber pressed all my pocket ribs and flap & aileron nose ribs today and am truing-up the flanges to 90 degrees.
The flange segments range in length from as little as about a 1/2 inch up to a few inches on the straights. It looks like most of the short flange segment will each get one rivet and won't need any fluting.
However, the first flange segment above the counterweight is too long and too curved to bend happy.
Is there any reason I can't put a flute or two in this first flange and plan for a rivet on either side of the flute?
