Bearhawk 4 place wing trailing edge skins

How far does the skin go beyond the aileron pocket close out ribs? Also measurements for the flap area wing skins as well. I need to trim the trailing edge of the wing skins but haven't found any measurement procedures. Thanks, Ed MacGregor

I don't know of any measurements for that, unless I missed it. I will say that I regret that I did not run my rivet line further back in the pocket. I ran my rivets 3/8's from the trailing edge. Then later realized I needed to trim the TE, right up to the rivets. If I were to do it again I would set my rivet line further back in the pocket.

When I installed my Kit Built flight controls onto the wing I trimmed the TE skin to fit. This might be a good time to discuss the dimension of the gap between the two.
