Hit a few places along the John Day and Deschutes this morning. Bull Run, Chukar Flats, Penny Flats. Nice time and clear skies in Oregon! - It has been a bit smoky lately.

Love Ur Pics! I grew up back there hunting and fishing in those dry canyons and go back home every chance I get. God's Country!
Would love to live there now but it's a tough place to make a decent living, that will have to wait until retirement. Great place for a Bearhawk!

Nice! I’ve never seen another airplane at penny, I thought it was my secret spot. That canyon is the primary reason that I put 35s on my Patrol. The rocks get bigger as you go upriver but there are countless gravel bars which guarantee solitude. We should meet over there sometime.
