Do most bearhawk builders make their own TE ? ------or----- is it possible to use some made by aircraft spruce ?

Yes stan--- it is quite amazing how much 2024 t3 resists being bent. Part of it is that it is work hardening as you are bending it.

aerolon rear rib demensions
