Thanks Jim. I'll look at that idea. It's kind of a catch 22, I want the doors to fit tight but with the edge trying to cut the fabric I can't open the cargo door 90deg to the fuselage. I was also thinking about taking my dermal and rounding out that point on the edge of the door. Still not sure.

I just saw your post about Advanced Pilot Seminars. I am familiar with them, but not much more than that. Are you going to use Fuel Injection in your Patrol? If so, what system. I am on the fence about a Carb/Fuel Injection. I read on vansairforce.com about the SDS system. Consider complexities it ads to return fuel to the tank.... I recently stumble back to the Precision Airmotive Silver Hawk FI that does not require fuel to be returned to the tank.

Anyway, I would be interested in knowing what you are planning, especially since attending the seminar.
