CJ here is a photo of the plastic panel, the insulation we used and the fabric. you could glue the fabric right to the panels if you wanted. I wanted that stitched quilted look, so I used the thicker insulation to do it.

I agree with the other folks who said "buy the plane and swap out the engine." And if you do go that route, I might be interested in purchasing the O-360 and prop for my Patrol build, depending on the particulars... my email is Jim@PoogieBearRanch.com, if / when you d cider about it...
