Aileron hinge bearings

Looking for a source (and tips) for these exact specifications per the plans.
From the photos I've found, looks like more than one style might be used.
The ones in the plastic bag came with DavesLSA wing kit.

The bearings used in my 4A match the 4th picture you posted - MS21152-2 (RE4H6 or REP4H6) rod end bearings which slide into the bearing mount tube and are cross-drilled and then riveted in place. The ones that came with my kit were unserviceable and I couldn't find replacements on the open market. I ended up buying a set from Mark Goldberg (in May 2023), who told me that he'd had a batch of them made specially for Avipro's use.
Based on what I see in your first 3 pictures it looks like maybe the LSA uses a different setup?
Here's what my 4A setup looked like after the riveting was done:

The LSA uses some pressed in bearings. The photo with the plastic bag showing the PN was from my build many years ago. I don't remember where I purchased them but it wasn't from AviPro or Spruce. I faintly recall it was from an off road specialty shop but it has been 10+ years.

A quick look shows Summit Racing has the COM 3 bearings for about $5/pc. That's probably where I purchased mine.

I called Bob's number and talked to Mike. Just wanted to confirm that the commercial bearings are suitable for aviation and he said yes. So I called Virgil at the kit company and he will sell me the COM 3 bearings which are kept in stock at something like 7.50 apiece. And, tantalizingly, he probably has a stash of lugs to sell, already machined. :)
