So, while I was beavering away on my RV-14 the last couple of years, and the company was purchased, apparently there are items one can now buy from the factory. I see them referenced here and there...is there a web store? How would one browse the available items?

Last I heard you still needed to contact them. Info is at https://bearhawkaircraft.com. I believe the options are more limited than they once were, with the supply chain being mostly consumed by the kit backlog.
