C21 Arrived

Good Luck. I am 90% done with C11 and have 90% to go. Enjoy the process. So far, I have listened to 56 books while building my Bearhawk. It is truly a unique experience.

Fully unpacked and inventoried. Not really able to get started on too much until some tools and hardware packs come in but I’ll do what I can. IMG_8711.jpeg

Tanks come installed now? That would have saved me a ton of time messing figuring out the length of the straps and installing them. You are going to miss out on a lot of fun.

It is nice to see more Companions being built. I am in year 4 of putting Kit 9# together. It has been fun. This forum, friends, and our local EAA chapter have been very helpful and encouraging. Best wishes as you begin the journey.

Congrats!
Double check fit and position of the tanks before jumping into the instructions and drilling ribs to save yourself some doublers.

Aircraft Spruce packages arrived and inventoried. Also did some panel planning.

Talking to TK1 about their wheel and brake package and considering that too. It runs UTV sand tires such as the Tensor in 33” or 35”.

That’s awesome! Glad to hear! Seats are coming up next then tail feather. Pretty close to covering it! Did you get a back seat yet? I am hoping to get one but haven’t been able to just yet.

I asked Virgil about the back seat and he said they had a bench seat kit. It wouldn't be too hard to fab one up if you have some welding skills
