Facet Pump Mounting Hole jig

I fabricated the mounts for the Facet aux tank pumps. The pumps have slots, so I figured I would just drill a hole in the middle.

As it turns out, the kit calls for an AN970-3 washers, which are large diameter. As a consequence, the holes for the AN3 bolts need to be at the very end of the slots on the facet pumps.

I didn't like the way my mounts looked with extra holes, so I re-fabricated them, and made this simple jig to locate the mounting holes for the Facet pump using the AN970 washers.

There are 3 STL files. Two thick ones that you can either hold or clamp down and drill through the holes. There is a #40 if you wish to start small and drill out the larger holes, or an AN3 sized one.

The last STL is just a thinner one with #40 size holes that you can cleco in place.

Whichever one you want, it is a quick print.
