Source for round tailspring

Where can I source a 1”, tapered to 3/4”, tailspring for a -5? Aviation Products p/n 6172 looks like the correct dimensions……17-4 stainless. I would go to Bearhawk Aircraft but they still have no store. Is it true that they are no longer interested in selling any parts to plans builders?
