4130 bend radius for hinge brackets

Hi guys, quick question. What is the minimum bend radius for 4130? Page 13 of the prints don't specify the radius for the flap and aileron brackets that are made of 4130 and I don't have my copy of the AC4313 handy. I vaguely remember the minimum bend radius for 4130 being the thickness of the material...does this sound right? Thanks for the help.
