I just received my flap return springs from Bob, which I ordered off of the new website. They are very high quality. I had considered trying to make them myself ( because I'm a tight wad), but I'm glad I didn't. Well worth the 32 dollars.

Bob has experience in spring design and engineering. He drew up the spring he wanted, and after a little back and forth between him and the spring manufacturing company's engineers - we had them made out of stainless wire. These are for sure nicer and better than the porch screen door springs builders used to have to modify and use. Mark
