Replacement for drawing 7?

My basement/garage flooded a few months ago, and I guess in our hurry trying to move things around on my work benches my drawing 7 got knocked in the water while It was rolled up. This is what I found when I went to check it earlier this week. Anyone know how much of a check I should write to Mr. Borrows for a replacement? Thanks!
