    I guess this goes for anything. Say you want to cut something to a certain length: You mark it with your sharpie and cut it, obviously there is some thickness to the blade so it might be off by maybe 1/8th of an inch. How precise does this need to be?

    Like the rib form blocks. From what I can see is that there are lines on the template. Which side of the line do you cut on? Does it really matter since at the end of the day all the ribs are going to be the same size?

    It is my understanding that the vertical lines represent the locations of the spar webs. If you are making router templates for nose and center ribs, it would probably be better to consider them as two different parts than to trace the form block and then chop that tracing up, since with the latter method you would lose the width if the blade. I think most folks keep the form block in one piece. Does this make sense, and am I understanding your question?
