Best type of plastic for windows and skylight

I used acrylic on the side windows, and PC for everything else. My 4 place skylight, PC, developed 3 cracks around screw holes before the first flight. I drillled them out and they have held for 40 hours. I am a newbie using this stuff as well but so far I am liking PC less.
