09-05-2014, 10:00 AM
Can I use safety wire to fasten the aluminum stringers to the fuselage?
Thanks

I have seen this done on certified aircraft, such as the PA20, I think it would be fine in the Bearhawk.
Although where there is a large bending force applied by the stringer - you might like to consider a beefier split-pin instead.
