Wing closing

I think I'm ready to close my wings but don't want to miss something obvious . My question is has anyone made up a punch list of things to do before closing. I realize not all tasks would apply to all builds but would be a starting point. I couldn't find one but it it's already been discussed please point me in the right direction.

We could start one...here are two off the top of my head. Anybody want to add on?

(1) Visual inspection and confirmation by second set of eyes of any potential interference issues with rigging thru full travel range of flaps and ailerons
(2) Same as above regarding bolt torques/cotter pins/ and security of wire/conduit runs

(3) Pitot static and AOA lines run and secured

(4) Wrenches, sockets, ratchets, random bolts & rivets, etc removed...

The order of things on the task map should help. If something is missing, let's add it.
