Firewall dimensions

I am making a pattern for the Bearhawk 4 place firewall and can not determine the cut out dimensions for the tunnel at the bottom of the firewall. If I scale the drawling I get 20" wide X 4" high. It looks as if it is less than 4" high based on pictures I have seen of other projects. What should the dimensions be?

I scaled the drawing and got 19"x3". I made mine 20"x3".

When you scale the drawling for the width of the firewall do you get 40"?

I measured about 19 3/8 x 2 1/4 from an old QB.
