SPRL Fuel Selector

I’ve just installed my fuel selector. There was some discussion recently regarding orientation of the SPRL selector, from memory many of them had the outlet aft, with the BOTH selection also aft.

Mine appears to have the outlet aft, and the OFF selection aft, which fortunately for me is my personal preference- i.e. BOTH is in the forward position. So this is just a heads up that they’re not all the same and probably an area to exercise care if flying someone’s else’s Bearhawk that may have the opposite fuel selection.

I just confirmed with the ones I have left that Nev is correct. Previously SPRL had told me they couldn't do this. Mark

If you just have the pointer pointing at BOTH - then you will get fuel. Whether the pointer is facing forward or AFT. Mark

With the latest SPRL valve they have been supplying them with BOTH pointing forward and OFF to the rear. You can just make out the legend on my install.
