Annual Inspection Form

I know there has been discussions on this and I even sent in a proposed checklist I had intended to use with the paperwork for the initial C of A but for the life of me, I can't find it. I can't download Eric's from his website and have searched the forums with negative results. Anyone have a basic annual check list in relation to our aircraft?? Thanks

In my case I started with Part 43 Appendix D, since that is what we are supposed to base it on. Bold type items were those specifically in the appendix, and I added others that came up over time and experience. I have attached two files that I think might be what you have in mind, and also my own checklist in case it helps as a starting point. I believe these were all intended for the 4-place and may require some adapting to your Patrol.
