  • Engin mount rubbers

    There are two different hole sizes for the engin rubbers that connect the engin to the airframe mount. Which one is preferred and what is the benefits either.way

    The 2" ID hole is a Type II Dynafocal. The 1 3/8" ID hole is for a Type I Dynafocal. Theoretically, the Type II has less vibration. But I have flown in both and can not feel any difference. It is possible that some instrument that senses vibration could measure a difference. But I doubt a human can. That is my experience. Mark
