new carb heat box control

A couple days ago the first plane flew with the new carb heat box Bob designed. He saw that as the airspeed went up it tended to move the flapper and the control cable out and have carb heat come on. For a control cable for the new carb heat box - use a ratcheting control cable or the equivalent. Will prevent the problem. Mark

The new carb heat box is made by the factory in Mexico to Bob's design. I have plenty here on hand if you want one. $525. It is pretty big for use on the smaller HP engines like the O200 and the Corvair. But if you want one I can help. Mark
