Two Bearhawk from Siberia

Fly and build new aircraft.
Without a goal there is no point in the work, we like that Bearhawk will fly to Russia, this aircraft is very well suited to our conditions.

What are the requirements in Russia to be able to fly an experimental aircraft that you build yourself. Are there many small airports around. I understand the area of Russia you live in has a lot of aviation activities and long history in aviation.

Requirements until a little - pilot's license and a plane, well and good weather. Russia has a rich aviation history, but it has, unfortunately, not pages of private pilots. The right to fly freely we received recently. We have very few small airports. Here is one of them: http://aeromochische.ru/
