  • Two Bearhawk from Siberia

Hello! My name is Andrew, I'm from Russia, Novosibirsk. We build two aircraft and four seater Bearhawk & Bearhawk Patrol. Plans #1325, #257. I will keep you informed of our construction. Please forgive my English, I'm learning it. I think we understand each other.

                Andrew,
That looks very nice. Thanks for sharing the photos. Please keep sending the photos. How long have you been working on the 2 planes? What equipment do you have in the shop. I like the building table.

Thanks for posting the pictures! Do you have any trouble getting the supplies that you need? I wonder if you are able to find materials locally or if you are having them shipped from North America? Russia has had a large aerospace industry, but are there enough differences in material and hardware dimensions to make local materials to difficult to use?

Nice work Andrew! Did you guys change all measurements to the metric system or are you using our messed up system of measurements?

Supply problems we have, all fasteners, rivets and tools ordered through the Internet. KIT set fuselage we booked in Canada, building a wing of our aluminum alloy D16AT (AT - Aviation Technical control), it is slightly stronger than 6061-T6, but difficult to work with him.

How do you like the VR3 tubing? Does it fit together perfectly, like I've heard from others?

We use the inch system, it was strange in the beginning, now it's OK.
