Material List BH5 Wings

My1st material order for BH5 wings. More flat bar for the rear spar caps & spacers is required. Fyi, One extra sheet of 0.020, 0.025, & 0.032 are included in this list. Otherwise this was my starting point for material procurement. Hind sight being 20/20, I would not order a full sheet of 0.062 I would simply substitute 0.125 for that material.

Watch out for scratches. The biggest problem I have had ordering raw AL stock. Telll your supplier that scratched AL will be returned and they will pay the return shipping..Aircraft Spruce was the worst offender.

Source your material through a local metal distributor. It will come double side plastic wrapped. No scratches. Should not cost more then 5K tops. Only order through Aircraft Spruce as a last resort. AS are to expensive. Imho:cool:
