That was quick, congratulations!

About 12 hours, my friends did their kitfox in about 10 last august. Me flying and a person on the ground relaying results and them radioing the next task. High intensity, but gets the job done

Here is a screenshot just before touchdown yesterday, notice the IAS which is in MPH. I think the VG’s are working! Just to add I was pretty heavy landing with 50 gallons, landing weight was 1,939 as I was carrying some stuff

Apparently, and I say apparently because I don’t know jack about engines, just put the damn plane together, but apparently my Carburetor was not really the correct one for my engine. They put a MS 3 on my O-360 angle valve.

I was having issues after landing with the engine wanting to stall out, I just figured I was new to a mixture control and would learn. Peter (500AGL) flew my plane to Oshkosh and told me my carb is not right for my engine, so between Peter, Virgil and my technical advisor Jay we made a plan and Jay and I headed for the MS booth to buy a new carburetor. About 1/2 there Peter called and told me to head to the Rotec booth and get the throttle body.

I did and will install it ASAP. Peter, Virgil and Jay think it is the answer to my woes. It is a modern day throttle body and a great jet system and super simple. Will report when I have some results
