  • Floorboard Doublers?

I have been working on the floorboards. They required very little adjustments to get them to fit well.

The manual mentions creating doublers at the seams, but the way mine fit up, it seems like it is much more logical to just have them overlap. If I place the floorboard underneath the rear seats first, and then overlap the edge with the cargo floor, and the front seat floor pieces, it seems like it would work well. I do plan on doing carpet.

The only one that seems like something would be a good idea is between the left and right front seat floorboards.

    What is everyone else doing?

I am overlapping all mine from the front seats back. The floor panel at my feet didn't have enough to overlap so I will create a doubler for that one.
