  • Flap guide bushing placement?

Covered the left interior side of the cabin and noticed something that was not a problem on the right side. The left side flap cable guide bushing is canted inboard, yet the one on the left side is tipped outboard.

The left side guide bushing is poking into the fabric quite a bit. Hmmm....

The right side looks correct. View looking aft.

From memory they are not symmetrical. The pulleys show different wear patterns over time - the right side pulley wears more to the inside. Not sure if it's by design.

Very interesting. I didn’t notice any major misalignment when I ran the flap cables with the pulleys installed, Will go back and take a look tomorrow and see if I can find any notes in the plans.
