I am about to prime my wing steel parts. Can someone please advise what grade of media I should use for sand/bead blasting them first please? Glass beads better?

I used a "medium" quarts, supplied by the same place that rented me the giant compressor etc.

I think glass beads are the safest media, work great for me on 3 airplanes.

Thanks chaps. I have another newbie question about metal prep. Looking at my flap and aileron support frames, I can see a little oxidation just inside the end of the tubing.

Obviously I can blast and prime the frames but am wondering what happens to the inside of the tubes?
