Air Cooler Butterfly Valve

Solution for seasonal adjustment of the air cooler intlet butterfly valve. I saw no reason to have a cockpit control for this. One of our EAA chapter tech counselors suggested a turnbuckle and it works. I'll add more markings for % open.
