Had another great AOPA weekend fly in, this time to Omarama, South Island NZ. One of the local pilots Gavin ran a sloping strip clinic that was a highlight. Great people, excellent weather and several Bearhawks in attendance.

That's fun. There was a landing strip in the Alaska Range very similar to that where I hunted Moose and Caribou. If you landed a little short it took nearly full power to taxi to the top.

Had another neat fly away this week with the AOPA group. We stayed at Haast and flew many places around Fiordland. Grant has put together a video
